Today I wanted to shows you something fun! I cut a piece of DSP using my multipurpose cutter then used the new Fringe Scissors from the Ocassions catalog to cut my "fringe". I then added sticky strip to the top. Peeled it off and started wrapping it around my pencil. When I got to the last part, I added Washi tape and"fluffed" my fringe. They would make a great teacher gift! Thanks for stopping in. Christa
